On Saturday 18th January 2003 we returned once again to our friends apartment in Port du Soleil region.
We flew into Geneva and hired a Ford Focus estate from Easycar.
Sunday we snow bladed in Morzine and Les Gets. We mainly did the red run under the cable car at Pleney.
Monday we drove to Avoriaz and snow bladed all the way to Chatel. Later that day we decided we were hooked on blading and each brought our own pair.
Tuesday we returned to Avoriaz to try out our new blades. It snowed really heavy and we had no visibility so returned to the apartment for lunch. We headed up La Grande Terche in the afternoon but I had a fall and twisted my knee.
Wednesday was a recovery day. Thursday we stayed in La Grand Terche, I did some light blading, whilst Andy spent the day doing off piste slalems.
On Friday, my knee was recovered enough to head back to Morzine and Les Gets.
On Saturday our friends flew out to join us and together we skied to Les Crosets in Switzerland for lunch. We only just got back in time before the lifts closed for the day.
We flew home on Sunday.
