Just a few miles from our house the River Teifi flows through the little village of Cenarth. Most of the year there is enough water to create a beautiful waterfall, many times we cross the bridge, we see the water raging so high there is no sign of the rocks. I can think of just two occasions when it’s been so dry that there is virtually no flow.
