Pembrey Country Park is a great place to visit.
Not only does it have miles of golden sandy beaches, (with a few shipwreck remains to find at low tide), there are acres of woodlands to explore on foot or bikes (which can be hired at the park). For the more adventurous, there is a dry ski slope where you can ski or try out tubing (ideal fun for a damp day when the slope is wet). There is a toboggan run, a miniature steam railway and a few playgrounds and open spaces for the kids and dogs to run wild.T
The beach is both dog and horse friendly.
There is even an onsite campsite which we can recommend.
There are often events hosted here, including horse endurance races, husky dog races, steam events, cycling events and loads more.
